I’m planning to buy the Honda CB350RS soon, but I’m honestly confused about one major thing — pillion comfort.

I absolutely love the bike for its looks and slightly sporty feel compared to the usual 350cc options. But I’ll be riding with a pillion quite often (city rides + occasional weekend trips), so this is kind of a dealbreaker for me.

I’ve been going through Reddit and seeing mixed opinions:

Some people say the pillion seat is small and not meant for long rides

Others mention it’s fine for short city rides but uncomfortable over time

A few say adding a backrest or seat cushion helps, but it affects the look

Also saw comments that H’ness / CB350 is much better for pillion

So now I’m confused 😅

My usage:

Mostly city rides (30–60 mins)

Regular pillion

Occasional long rides (100–150 km)

My questions:

Is CB350RS pillion comfort really that bad, or manageable?

Will it be uncomfortable for regular city rides with pillion?

Does adding a backrest/seat mod actually fix the issue?

Should I just go for H’ness / Meteor instead if pillion comfort matters?

I really like the RS, but don’t want to regret it later because of this.

Would appreciate honest feedback from owners / test riders 🙏
