I thought about this idea of Mei Mei promising the members of ISIS that they would get closer to their God through Jihad, and her technique would be something like a connector between them and heaven? How strong would her ‘Terrorist’ Strike become?

I mean, as living organisms our semen and eggs are pretty vital for the survival of our species. So I thought, wouldn’t a spoonful of semen/eggs be enough for Rika to bring out the 120% percent of a technique?
