I’ve been daily skating for about a month straight now, and I still feel like Bambi for the first 5 minutes after lacing up… so I’ve been starting each session with forwards and backwards bubbles, leg lifts, and squats to get used to balancing with 8 wheels attached. What do you do to get comfortable for the first few minutes before getting into your session/practice? I’d love to level up my warmup list! ☺️

Trying for years, using Inito for two years in June, only have had one positive test in that time and that was my ectopic back in Mar 2025 that caused me to lose a tube. This is letrozole cycle 6, medicated cycle 8... last one for awhile. If this doesn't work I'll just continue with trying the weight loss and let my body have a bit of a break 😭🫶 positive thoughts to all!
