A friend of mine has been dating a man for a couple of months now. She's childfree and he too claimed to be. Turns out he has a child who lives with his mother in Kitui.

It reminded me of three years ago when I met a man. We went on a date and we talked about kids and I told him about me only dating childfree men. He said we were on the same page.

Turned out that he had two kids with two different women, a 7 year old and a 4 year old. He wasn't raising his children or contributing to their lives. When I found out, I just blocked him and went on with my life.

I met him at a friend's event a year later and he asked me why I disappeared. I asked him about his kids, he said he doesn't live with them so basically he doesn't have children 😒.. I told him childfree women are not rehabilitation for deadbeat fathers.

Is this a thing with deadbeats?
