Very strange thing happened to me today. I’m one week free from gamble. It went that far I voluntarily sent a request to be banned from hazard games permanently to our ministry of finances. It was approved and confirmed on Monday. I wasn’t thinking about it much. Was busy with financial problems I made. But today - today when I finally saved some money I got that stupid idea - to buy a scratch card. I went into the shopping mall. First destination was store to buy some snacks and gifts for my cat, who’s celebrating her 17th birthday today. I was so focused on that special moment.. I totally forgot to visit the newspaper stand later. Now - when the day is over - I realised. And - I’m proud on myself. My brain somehow blocked the idea of risking again. And I’m so happy about it. Now I’m ashamed I had that stupid idea at all. But it will be better.
