No tickets; event in two days
Hey guys - looking for help! My collectors tickets haven’t dispatched yet and Ticketmaster is being… unhelpful to say the least.
According to the agent I received (who rudely closed the chat on me whilst typing) I can change my tickets to mobile tickets to access the venue but not get compensated for the price difference?? How on earth is that fair?
