Compost Fest is tomorrow (Saturday 5/2/26). This all-day family friendly event offers kid's classes, amazing bands, and hand-on learning for everyone. Visit the website for a detailed schedule.

It started as a joke, but at least one member has confirmed they will be sitting on the platform for you to try and knock into the water. Which one?!?! You'll have to come on out to see from 1-3pm. There will be some other special guests during the event that we think you will enjoy dunking as well.
Money raised at this event goes to support planting more fruit tree in our community. Just this past fall, our coalition planted 31 at the EnVision Center. This year, we've built two community gardens, one at Melrose Towers and one at Villages at Lincoln. We are working with kids and adults alike to grow community ownership in our food system.
