is this considered tracing?

For context :

I don't know if its considered tracing or if it's already obvious since I only did the head but I want it for people to confirm if it actually is, I'm going back into art again and trying to improve with a messy art style, cause I have been tracing a lot of times and I would feel guilty every time I get exposed cause i would make an art account where I trace (no ai tho) but just real people arts, and then apologize after and delete the account, and after maybe 1 year, I decided to go back cause I wanna learn but I also don't have the time cause I get burn outs a lot I have a device Family Smart TV, IPad mini 6, and realmec25 phone, so I could use my TV for entertainment and iPad for drawing and my phone for watching art tutorials but it seems that doesn't work cause I still get burn out and lazy:( I really wanna learn it makes me so jealous seeing people my age at 15 knowing how to draw like da vinci already 😭

this person has been hacking my account

For context, I used to own an account named “ghxlukz” that had Headless and Korblox. Before I got those items, someone would randomly transfer small amounts of Robux (300–1k) through multiple accounts. A few weeks later, he admitted to hacking my account using a VPN. He apologized and said he only used my account because he couldn’t afford Robux, but that still doesn’t excuse what happened.

He eventually got my account banned through refunds/chargebacks for purchases I didn’t make. I even confirmed with my friend that he wasn’t the one refunding anything, so I strongly believe it was the hacker. It’s been over a year and I’m still dealing with this because he keeps targeting any account I own that has Robux on it.

I’ve already changed my email, added a recovery phone number, enabled 2FA on both Roblox and my email, and even set up an authenticator app, but somehow he still keeps getting access. Recently, I also found out he was impersonating my brother on one of the accounts.

What frustrates me most is that I worked hard for my items, yet my account got banned because of someone else’s actions. Now it feels like he’s trying to get into my second account too by logging in and playing games to make it seem like nobody accessed it.

I’m mainly posting this because I genuinely don’t know what else to do anymore, and I want advice from anyone who has dealt with something similar.
