Help! Blown ceramic capacitors on motherboard ASUS TUF F15 FX507ZU4
hello, some time ago i started my pc with usb c charger, opened roblox and suddenly it shut down. after that, there was a burning smell but i wanted to try if it was still running, this time using the original charger, and i saw some sparks/orange light through the hdmi port. so i decided to open it up and found out it has blown 2 ceramic capacitors. i tried again to power it on and it worked with no issues, shortly after i turned it off and never used it again. today i cleaned the area with isopropyl alcohol and tried to start it again, and it worked just like last time, but i could hear some noises coming from the vrms i think. problem is, theres no smd repair shop near where i live. should i just replace motherboard? can i use it as it is? is it possible that the source of the problem is somewhere else? what can i do about it? i found this in aliexpress that should be compatible (i7-12th RTX4050). from what i read in another post i believe that it is common among these models, also i dont know if it could be my case but i read that some models dont have battery bypass feature when charged from usb c. pc has 2 years of usage, bought second hand from a friend.
