Does anyone else who quit smoking cigarettes having issues with having a bowel movement. I’ve looked it up and it’s a real thing but not a lot of suggestions to remedy it. Drinking lots of water. Diet is pretty clean. If anyone else has had this please let me know what worked to get you back on track.
