So I'm 32 years old and my wife and I had a conversation about dreaming and dreams we have. I told her that it roughly takes me about max 31 seconds to snap twice, in my dream, to ground myself and recognize that I'm dreaming and I've been doing that since I was a child. I'm just finding out that not everyone does that or can do that. Once I'm aware that I'm dreaming I have full control of anything and everything happening. Throughout the years I've developed more and more control. I can remove things I don't like or create things I want that I've seen before and can even completely change the environment around me. I've recently developed a sense of touch. I can touch something in my dream and there is no difference at all between the things I physically touch in my dreams and in real life. I've also gained access to memories I couldn't fully remember. And now I feel super strange and uncomfortable because I'm understanding that what I'm doing isn't "normal"
