Same as title, my RNG seed don't change no matter what i do, i tried with or W/O New game +, tried reseting, hard reseting my device, created a new save then close the game and starting a new one, changing dificulties, the seed is always the same

The reason behind i wan't a new seed: Nuzlocke Randomizer

I play on Retroarch (mGBA), using a jailbreaked Ps-Vita 1000 (Fat), the version is the up-to date 2.1.1.1 unbound

Maybe i forgot some info, but i also didn't find anyone talking about this specific error
