How accurate do you think the numbers on this playlist are?

I just find it hard to believe that a song that's been in my playlist for about 2 years is my top song ever on Spotify especially when some of my favourite songs from before I knew about Skindred have over 100 less plays. Also some songs I definitely haven't listened to in the last 5 years have made it in
