Reconquered Rome about the same time Constantinople fell IRL

In real life, Constantinople's walls came down and the Empire's dying breath was on May 29, 1453. In my game, the walls of Rome came down and the Phoenix fully rose again on May 21, 1453. Just a happy little coincidence which felt super thematic considering the expansion. Despite it saying the garrison was allowed to march out, I'd like to imagine the Pope had similar final words as Emperor Constantine XI ("The city is fallen and I am still alive") as the heretics rushed into the city.
As for what's going on with my warscore, was kinda RP that a huge chunk of Italy jumped into this war to stop me. Max drilled Sicilian super soldiers were devastating my levies until my stack of regulars were freed up by the siege. Another year or so of cleanup got me a near full annex on the Papacy.
