I’m looking to hire a part-time local delivery assistant based in New Jersey for occasional, scheduled local delivery support work.
Job Description:
This role involves assisting with scheduled local deliveries of personal items between agreed locations within New Jersey. Work is occasional but ongoing depending on availability.
Responsibilities:
- Pick up items from a designated local address (within NJ)
- Deliver items to another local address on scheduled dates
- Coordinate timing and confirm completion of deliveries
- Maintain clear communication during assignments
Time Commitment:
- Each assignment typically takes 2–4 hours depending on distance and coordination
- Work is occasional and scheduled in advance (not full-time)
Compensation:
- $25–$50 per hour depending on distance and complexity
- Paid for all active time (including travel and coordination)
- Payments are made immediately after each completed assignment
Requirements:
- Must be located in New Jersey
- Reliable transportation (car preferred)
- Strong communication and punctuality
- Comfortable with local courier-style work
