Imma try to keep this short cus I’m pretty exhausted, annoyed, and a little mad because of the back handed comments I get from my manager. So I’m on fries today solo, after school rush/ just another rush, potato sink wasn’t diced all the way, cool no problem it’s not that busy where I need the whole thing. Gets busier, orders get bigger, communication gets less, coworkers go home. So naturally to the best of my ability I still get snowed. But keep in mind I’m helping the 2nd board, trying to dice, counter handout, drive handout a couple times, helping counters, pouring shakes, and taking care of big fry orders, animals, wells and yeah that’s all I can think of. Sink gets empty I get snowed because I need potatoes, manager comes over to help. “Youre not as good as you think you are” for context I think I’m one of the best fry people as long as I have a sink full. Or just enough. So I guess I’m ranting that how am I supposed to keep up with our busy ass rushes with no sink, or how am I supposed to get better with little to no help? I’m already moving as fast I can, helping whoever I can. What else can I do?
