Hi, i'd like to present the alpha version of my project, WinWallpaper.
It's a lightweight wallpaper manager, that let you change easily between wallpapers.

(The GIF isn't fully accurate, there's been updates and optimizations)

I think it fits laptop better than heavy apps like wallpaper engine, w/ a super low RAM usage.
There's also a little widget layer, and more upcoming features.

It's fully opensource (under MIT license) and free: Github Repo
