I got the Aiden yesterday and I immediately did a guided brew. I was not impressed. I used the same beans this morning and created a profile for it. I changed the temp to 200 degrees, did a 1:15, 2 pulses, 45 second bloom…well voila my coffee is fantastic this morning!!! I can’t wait to experiment more with this machine. If you have other recommendations for a medium dark roast, please share! I’m using a Baratza Virtuoso and this morning I set it to 19.
