Chronically low blood pressure (usually 80/30 when waking up while still lying in bed)
For years I have been measuring very low values with various blood pressure monitors, especially in the night/morning, especially the diastole. Almost always, when I wake up and still lie in bed, my blood pressure is 80/30. All the doctors with whom I spoke, said that these must be measurement errors. But as I said, I have measured this over years again and again with different monitors.
At some point, I received a 24-hour blood pressure measurement. I was very stressed and my values were rather unusually high for me. The doctor said afterwards that everything looks good. The ECG at the doctor was also good. Both my smartwatch and my current blood pressure monitor also regularly show cardiac arrhythmias, but I do not know how reliable they are.
I have chronically many complaints, which I had classified mainly as mental. In the day my BP can be totally fine at 100/70 or something like that though. When active the diastolic BP can also go up to 90 or even over 100 but I haven't measured a lot when active. It also happens a lot, that my BP gets too low, if I stand to much.
I tried for so long to get help, but got discouraged with the 24-h-measurement. But I still have so many problems and still measuring these values. Also my BP-monitor was showing very similar results to the one my doctor gave me for the 24 hours
