Installed new ram into my pc and now it wont boot up at all.

Psu is corsair modular 750 watt.

Cpu is ryzen 5950x

Gpu is rtx 3080.

Motherboard is x470 taichi

It was literally working this morning. I swapped put the previous 2 sticks of 8 gigabytes of ram to the new sticks of 16 gigs of ram. And now the pc wont boot at all. I even tried swapping back to previous ram i was using and it still doesn't boot.

Edit: forgot to mention error codes aren't even popping up in the thing at the bottom so cant even tell what issue is

Bought a prebuilt pc and have been slowly upgrading it over time. Finally upgraded gpu and the person swapping it out realized that the gpu, a ryzen 3700x, was held together by 2 zipties. I want to resell the part to offset cost but I want to get the screws needed to replace it before hand. Any idea what i need to order?
