ISSUE:

Valorant will crash when a match is found in any game mode, only when tabbed out. As soon as the game tabs in with the countdown, it will freeze while the timer is still on 5 seconds, then crash after a few seconds. Riot client does not given any error code or even reopen after the crash. I am still able to relaunch the game, enter the agent select screen and continue the game as normal.

SPECS:

CPU: Ryzen 5 7600x3D

GPU: Intel Arc B580

MOBO: Gigabyte B650m Gaming Plus Wifi

RAM: 32GB of DDR5

OS: Windows 11 Pro 25H2

ATTEMPTED FIXES:

• Updated chipset drivers
• Completely uninstalled graphics drivers with DDU, reinstalled with latest Intel Arc drivers
• Disabled fullscreen optimization for Valorant
• Disabled Windows HAGS and VRR
• Verified system files with sfc /scannow
• Reinstalled Valorant after uninstalling and deleting Riot Games + Valorant folders in appdata
• Framerate is capped in Valorant

Any next steps would be appreciated. The only thing I can think of trying next would be a fresh install of Windows.
