The thing is, in my first confession, I confessed sins of pornography. But I didn't know I was supposed to confess the aggravating factors (homosexuality, fetishes, etc.). It's been a long time, and I've confessed several times since, even for Divine Mercy Sunday. Honestly, confessing them again fills me with shame because my sins were so disgusting and ugly. I really don't know what I should do. I didn't know I was vague when confessing them... are my confessions invalid then?
