Wanting Feedback!

Looking for some feedback on my team as to what I might need to change/improve? All help appreciated!

Annihilape - Adamant
Skeledirge - Bold
Pawmot - Jolly (holding soft sand to boost Dig, Volt Absorb ability)
Pupitar - Adamant (will become Tyranitar soon)
Gardevoir - Mild (considering Modest or Timid mint, Trace ability)
Gyarados - Adamant

Just caught a Modest Charcadet in an outbreak and plan to Evo to Armarouge when I get to that point. I currently have 5 gym badges, have 2 Team Star bases to beat still and 2 Titans to go.

Also, what level should I be at with whatever team/changes are recommended before challenging E4? Never played SV before and don’t want to get my cheeks clapped if I can avoid it lol

I have a question and I’m hoping someone here will have an answer.

I brought a Quiet nature Ralts from Arceus to BD via Home after giving it a Modest Mint in Arceus. Every time my Gardevoir (evolved from said Ralts) is lead in my party and I catch a wild mon, its nature is ALWAYS Quiet…

This does not happen with any other Mon I brought from another game via Home (or any other Mon for that matter) and I’m curious if this is a bug that just never got fixed or if there is a legitimate reason for this.
