I needed to go across the airport to another terminal and I’m not familiar with the airport. A bus called the terminal connectot was supposed to run every 10 minutes. I was waiting for half an hour and a woman with a cane was waiting for 45 minutes. Eventually someone showed me how to walk. It was at least a brisk 10 minute walk. Everyone was very nice but the bus system was ridiculous. There were at least a dozen buses for employee parking.
