We got 5 rejected ads in profile since 29 Apr (Just found out)

Unverified payment

We use whatsapp webhooks (messaging and smb_messages_echoes) since start if April

We cannot figure out the reason for it.

I made sure to not use CLOUD API even once not even for testing

Did a chat got flagged or something else.

We were also testing Meta ai chatbot yesterday for chats

Can anyone please help. I have looked everywhere on portal, everywhere it shows did not follow our policy

Can I use Whatsapp Inbox Section in Business Suite once I move my business number to Cloud API?

And how to make calls with it. I read that we can only make calls once we get user's permission, but how do we even get that. I cant find any info on it.

Just to confirm can we give business suite profile with specific permissions to some user so we can have multiple user on inbox section?

And once we move to Cloud API can we move to co-existance using a BSP?

Please someone tell me if I start directly using Cloud API, it wont cause to block me from messaging from WABA.

Right now I can use my WABA for manual messaging and production Webhooks are totally working. Ive been verified and have standard sccess for whatsapp_business_messgaing.

I am scared to try using this Cloud api (Without further changing anything) as according to support, it might deactivate messaging through Whatsapp Business App (because of phone number migration from WABA to Cloud Api) and I cannot afford that.

Can someone clarify if it is ok to try using this api or should I not.
