Auricular myoclonus

Has ANYONE else experienced this weird ear twitching/spasm thing?? Doctors have no clue.

For 10 years now I’ve had this bizarre twitching/fluttering movement around the little cartilage part near my ear (antitragus area). Sometimes it feels like pulling, fluttering, or tiny spasms and I can actually trigger it by pressing on the side of my head or neck.
The weirdest part:
I grind my teeth badly at night
stress/fatigue makes it worse
sometimes touching my scalp or jaw triggers it
it seems connected to tension in my temple/TMJ area
it’s not painful, just extremely weird and anxiety-inducing
After DEEP searching I came across something called “Auricular Myoclonus” and apparently it’s insanely rare with barely any reported cases.
Has anyone here experienced:
ear twitching/fluttering?
ear movement/spasms?
clicking or rumbling?
Did anything help?
Magnesium? Botox? TMJ treatment? Night guards? Muscle relaxers?
I genuinely feel like I’m losing my mind trying to research this because there’s barely any information online
Anyone else have this? Mine is triggered with pressure on my scalp/neck muscles ect. I have lived with it for a long time and can’t take it anymore 😭 anyone had any success with treatment and if so what was it?
