Hello a while ago I got scammed on telegram my Roblox account got terminated and I was so sad and mad so I went to TikTok and saw these comments saying go to telegram so I did and I messaged a guy I think his name was cliff_hacks or hacks something like that his pfp is a anonymous mask guy but I ended up giving him my email address ONLY no password but nothing strange has happened my email is secured a lot but can he still do bad things with my email or ddos my email by signing me up for spam this was 8 months ago could any of you give me advice.

I have 2fa on all my accounts I know a decent about about computers but can you guys give me some tips on how to look for malware in my system I ran win defender and the tool but it found nothing I did have tiny task installed so I went to Best Buy and they said do you mod any of your games and I said no I only use mods on my quest 2 but that’s from mod.io and nexus and I always check virus safe but he said there was malicious files on my pc he said there was 3 and he removed them could you guys give me tips on how to look for any malware like still lurking also I did a offline scan.
