Hi all! What did you choose and why?

My surgeon told me I need a mastectomy. I have a small breasts (B cup) and big lump and I won’t need a radiation.

Now I’m debating on what to do. I want to lumpectomy because I’m so young (28yo). I'm afraid of a recurrence and I'm lost.
