First time buying US stocks. Looking for sadvice on my strategy!
Hey guys, total newbie here. I’ve finally saved up a bit to enter the market, and I want to play it safe. My plan is to put 70% into VOO and QQQM via monthly DCA. For the other 30%, I want to pick 1-2 individual stocks that aren't too volatile.
Is this a sound strategy for someone who hates seeing big red numbers? Also, if you were starting today with a small amount of capital, which stable stocks would you look at to build a long-term position? (I was thinking of crcl QCOM oNVDA , but I’d love to hear your thoughts).Appreciate any tips orlessons learned" you can share with a freshman! Thanks!🙏
