Purchased an expensive item but when I received it, it was not as described. Seller is from another country. They said they would send me a label but never did. After waiting a while, I opened a case with Etsy describing all this. I was waiting for Etsy to step in but the seller just refunded and closed the case but they are now messaging me saying they will provide a label to send the item back. However, the item is flammable and the postage service in my country (germany) won’t accept it.

What do I do?
