Need advice

I’ve had varicose veins on my life. But recently, i noticed after walking on my treadmill that some of my veins are bulging. I would not follow up with a doctor for cosmetic reasons. I don’t actually care how they look, but I have chronic back pain. Most recently it’s my lower right side and I wake up every morning dizzy. I have always had low blood pressure. I thought it was my gallbladder, I got X-rays on my back but it appears like everything checks out. I was wondering if my veins or circulation issues might be the underlying reason for the dizziness and chronic back pain. Does anyone have any insight and do you think I should go get these veins checked out. Thank you so much.
