Hey everyone,

Wanted to share my timeline and see if anyone has had a similar experience.

My interview loop:

2 Tech rounds — 27th March (DSA + Behavioral)
HM round — 15th April (DSA + Behavioral)

It has been 15 days since my HM round and I haven't received any update — no rejection, no next round scheduling.

Portal still shows "Under Consideration."

I followed up with my recruiter twice — on 22nd April and 28th April. No response yet.

For context: After my first 2 tech rounds on 27th March, I also had no update until I followed up on 6th April, and received HM scheduling on 9th April. So my recruiter has shown slower response patterns before.

My questions:

Has anyone experienced similar delays after HM round before Bar Raiser scheduling?
Is 15 days without rejection a positive signal?
How long did it take you to hear back after your HM round?
