Hi, my sister and I are looking for a flatmate to share a 2bhk. We do not have a flat yet, but are looking at places like South Extension, Malavya Nagar, Green park, Hauz Khas and Saket. If yes, we would have to house-hunt together. Rent upto 40k (for a 2bhk) is doable. We can negotiate how to split the rent amongst ourselves depending on the flat and amenities.
