Hey guys
I have my level 1 exam on May 18th
I did the Kaplan mock 1 a week ago - got 56%, did the cfai mock a few days ago, got 60% & 61% for part a & b.
I dissected both mocks pretty heavily, overall quant, ei, ai & fsa were in the 40-50s. I actually think I’m good at quant. Just haven’t looked it at in ages.
I’m making a study plan to absolutely hammer these in the next 7 days, do you think that doing all of the cfai questions for each module is wise? Whilst reading answer explanations as you go, and for incorrect ones redoing similar questions using chat gpt?
My abilities aren’t bad, iv lacked revision on these subjects but do understand them, exam like questions got me, Im just hesitant on just doing cfai & Kaplan questions, I feel like I score 70% on them easy, even 80%, do I just keep drilling them with incorrect answers?
I didn’t give myself time to study between mocks, I reviewed it and jumped into cfa mock, so that’s why there was no improvement.
What do we think of the next few week, I’m doing 25 cfai random ethics questions a day, mixed incorrect questions of my okay subjects (65%+), and for the bad four just hammering cfai questions all available. Then I’ll use Kaplan to do mixed since you can mix topics. Thoughts on this guys?
Honestly stressed as fk losing sleep over it, iv studied really hard over the last 5 months so this isn’t a catch-up grind, its just more of a how do I go about it grind. I don’t want to be inefficient .
