Im 19 and gym is just not one of the options for me (brown parents). i weigh 50 kgs and have been doing inconsistent-consistent workout for 3 years now. No equipment.

Now ive been taking it more consistently, i want to be leaner. I wanna lose fat in my back, train my back muscles for posture. get toned on the stomach and shave off legs fat. Just getting leaner in every sense of the word.

Until now ive been using yt for it. (chloe ting, growninggannanas) I want some recs on how do i achieve that. from senior gym people.
