Hi all!

I have a 2024 Sahara 4xe I just got back from the dealer yesterday. It was towed a month ago because it was getting the hybrid battery unstable error after getting the 68C recall fix. I had a loss of power incident back in October due to software issues that left me stranded at a traffic light on a very busy road (traumatizing to say the least) and right after was notified of 68C, 78C, and A7C recalls. Besides the loss of power incident, I never had problems with the car before 68C recall fix. When I picked it up yesterday, they had replaced the hybrid battery with a new one and added the 78C recall fix to it, but I was already talking with an attorney in my state to possibly pursue buyback via lemon law as it only has 9k miles on it. Is it worth to still pursue (haven’t signed the engagement agreement yet) or do most issues resolve after a new battery? TIA for any input!
