





Used some Salt Lick BBQ brine along with some of their beef rub on two prime Tri-Tips from Costco. I needled them and tossed them in the brine for 24. Rub down about three hours before smoking. Water bath, smoke tube, and set it for 185 on my Traeger. 30 mins at 185 and took it to 125 internal at 225. Threw it on the six burner to get some char and served after 15 minute rest.
