So I've doing home workouts for past couple of months and have made some progress. Used to weigh 82 kg now down to 69-70kgs.
I don't want to drop weight any further so goal now is to put on some muscle but the issue is protein intake.
For reasons i can take about 40-50g of protein a day max but based on 5'9 & 70 kg Google says it's low.
So should i stop training altogether until I'm able to add more in my diet or keep going and it won't affect negatively?
I was doing extensive cardio (stairs and steps) which I've cut down a bit but i still try to hit 8-10k steps a day.
if anyone's been in similar situation who can guide me that'd be really helpful. not taking any supplements either.
Edit: Thanks everyone seems like consensus is keep Training and get diet sorted which I'll do in couple of months.
