Don’t know what’s going on, please help.

Hello everyone, I would really appreciate your input, it’s my first time posting here.

So I got sick in beginning of Feb ( COVID or another viral, not sure ) which led to me developing viral arthritis … maybe … according to doctors. Because of that I had to take Advil/ Tylenol. I took it constantly for about 3 weeks and then stared getting burning sensation in my stomach and radiating to the back. Also had right shoulder pain. I’ve been on PPIs for the past 6 weeks, I was bad in between as I developed globus sensation and started having really bad health anxiety etc which led me to stop taking meds in between.
My main concerns now is the slight abdominal discomfort and the shoulder pain still 😢

Testing done: blood work twice - normal
Chest rads and ankle rads - normal ( for viral arthritis)
Leg ultrasound- normal
Abdominal ultrasound - normal
Just had my endoscope done on Monday- normal
Saw ENT and diagnosed with possible LPR , she did the small scope and saw arytenoid inflammation

Just wanted any tips, would this be related to the Advil/ stress/ health anxiety ? How long can something like this last ?

Any tips and tricks ?
Any additional testing you recommend ?

Currently on
Omeprazole 40 mg morning
Famotidine 40 mg night time
Reflux gourmet supplement ji ji

I haven’t had coffe, alcohol, tomatoes, acidic stuff in 1 month now. Trying to follow low fodmap with some slips , I had ice cream tonight.

Should I be even more strict ?? No ice cream at all etc ? I’m generally eating rice and yogurt only, lost 15 lbs so far. Maybe I just have really high expectations that it’s gonna get better fast and I’m not seeing huge improvement so just spiraling with even the slightest abdominal discomfort 🙏🏽😭
