Seeking Guidance – US B1/B2 Visa (Emergency Appointment)

I am planning to apply for an emergency B1/B2 US visa appointment and would greatly appreciate guidance regarding the confirmation process and overall procedure.

I have observerships scheduled during May and June and possess official invitation letters. I also have my Step 3 exam planned in June. I would be grateful for any guidance on navigating the process efficiently, including appointment booking and date selection.
