I know people have mixed feelings about IV rooms, but I’m looking for some experiences from those who have stayed in one. When the blinds come down, does it fully block out all of the light, or does some still bleed in from the edges?

We normally stay in a sky suite but I’m considering an IV for the fjords next year purely to guarantee a good night sleep as I’m a very light sensitive sleeper.

Has anyone else had issues with sleep sensitivity just becoming way too extreme? My whoop used to be fairly accurate to my own views, but the last few weeks it’s just counting huge awake periods.

Last night a good example, I was asleep for 7hr 52m but whoop has estimated a staggering 2 hours of awake time during that. A few weeks ago it would say around 30 minutes, which certainly feels more accurate. Every day I wake up now it says something like this and I’m very quickly losing faith in it at all.
