I was told I had a uti but a cyst ruptured around the time I gave a urine sample so some of my spotting was in the urine sample I could literally see bloody discharge. I do have pelvic pain that does travel to my back and some urgency but it’s not really bad.

Only thing that came abnormal was blood in urine but I’m spotting and I do have pelvic pain that travels to my lower back but not sure if it’s from a ruptured cyst.
