I suck at defense and need a second opinion. Is it better to use the mutation where you can parry with rolls or

Parry with off hand or maybe both?

On 3 BC atm and it’s getting pretty difficult should I learn to just parry with shield in off hand or with the mutation where you can parry with it in your off hand.
