Blinkers will not work
2004 RX8 would tweak out in the rain and alarm would go off and I would have to pull the turn signal fuse. Once it dried I could plug fuse back in and all would be fine and working.
Then a taillight got hit in an accident and I had it unplugged for a while. But even though it was smashed it was still working fine blink, breaks reverse and all.
Now I’ve plugged it back in and the blinkers don’t work at all. Reverse and break lights still work fine, all other lights work. Just not the blinkers and the hazard signal. I’ve checked the fuses and all is good.
What I’ve seen is that it would be the hazard light plug or something involving that. Could also maybe be the alarm system in the door possibly, because my drive window has been messed up for a while and letting rain in???
Please someone help, I am in the process of getting a dent fixed after being rear ended (while parked on the side of the street, not even involved at all) and it seems like it’s just one electrical problem after the next and I don’t know how to solve this besides just replacing stuff until it works.
