GPA: 3.81 (T20) (stem and humanities double major)
OR resident
Research: 4 labs, 1 publication (3rd and first non-lead author), 2 posters (one at a national conference)
Clinical: 1400+ hours as a medical assistant/scribe (done during my first gap year)
Non-clinical: 500+ hours (200 in memory care home, 100 inpatient care at local hospital, 200 for refugee support in my local community)
Shadowing: 100 hours (EM, anesthesiology, pediatrics, family medicine, CT surgery, ENT, surg oncology)
Awards: Humanities thesis got honorable mention for best thesis at undergrad, received a national scholarship/REU that funded a summer of my research at one of the labs I worked at
EC: running/camping/outdoor hobbies,
taking two gap years
lots of reaches but struggling to fine more baseline schools
