Role: US-Based Remote Appointment Setter (1099 Commission-Only)
Niche: Custom AI Solutions & Enterprise Software Development (Development-as-a-Service)
Pay Structure:
100% of first-month revenue paid as commission. Weekly payouts with tiered rates per qualified show-up appointment:
- 0–9 shows/week: $100 each
- 10+ shows/week: $150 each
- 15+ shows/week: $200 each
- 20+ shows/week: $250 each
Or 30% of first payment, whichever is higher. No commission cap.
Realistic first-year earnings:
- Strong performers (20+ shows/week): $150K–$250K+
- Solid performers (10–15 shows/week): $100K+
- Average: ~$75K
Details:
We build custom AI and enterprise software for businesses in days rather than months/years, at a fraction of traditional cost. We automate clients’ biggest pain points or repetitive tasks. Current metrics: 86% close rate and ~7-day delivery.
All leads, scripts, dialer, and CRM are provided. Full training is included. Fast-track promotion path to closer role available (we promote internally only).
Requirements:
- Must be US-based
- Self-motivated and coachable
- Cold calling experience preferred but not required
