Launched my SaaS a month ago — 150 users, everyone’s using it, but barely anyone’s paying. Time to kill the free credits?
Been about a month since I launched. Getting ~10 new users/day from Facebook Ads, 150 total. Everyone uses the product, some even left feedback — but only 1–2 have actually paid.
The pattern: they use up the free credits and vanish. Some even create new accounts just to get more free credits.
Feels like I’m just attracting freeloaders. Thinking about removing free credits entirely. Anyone been here before — did cutting the free tier help or hurt?
