I've reached the conclusion its no point adding extra energy to or caring about others. I had a strip torn off me by a manager for prioritising work for clients instead of helping them out. Ive removed my personal items from work. Removed my pins and will not participate in any social events now. Had enough. I will do my work and thats it. Giving more is pointless. They just dont care
