non-trad military applicants
I have ~30,000 hours of military experience going into my application. I'm trying to figure out how to best write about it in my "work and activities" section. I easily have thousands of hours working in operations, maintenance, and safety departments. I have thousands of hours of leadership and teaching. Thousands of hours of working in extremely high stress environments...
Any of these could be a "most meaningful" experience. Should I break them up into multiple activities? Pick the most impactful one as a "most meaningful"? Or lump all 30k hours together?
Second, I did undergraduate research ~13 years ago. It certainly would've been a "most meaningful" experience 13 years ago, and it still is a big experience that led to to this point, but it also feels quite far removed. Should I use it as a most meaningful or use more current events?
