On February 2, 2026, I placed an order for a wig topper through this website. The seller charged 3500 pesos for the item and 6429.88 pesos for shipping, for a total of 9930 pesos ($173.70). I sent the payment on February 2, 2026, using Remitly.
After the payment was made, the seller requested an additional 4562 pesos ($81.78), claiming that DHL had classified the shipment as requiring special handling, which increased the shipping cost. I sent this additional amount as requested.
Since then, I have repeatedly asked the seller for updates regarding my order. The seller later claimed that the wig was lost in transit. I requested proof of shipment, including tracking information or official documentation from DHL confirming that the package was lost and that a refund was being processed. However, the seller has failed to provide any such documentation despite multiple requests.
Based on these circumstances, I believe that I have been the victim of a scam and that the seller has taken my money without delivering the product. I even wrote a review on his page, but he kept it hidden . just beware. this guy is a scammer
